1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between you and JobOptix Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

JobOptix is a software-as-a-service career platform offering resume building, cover letter generation, ATS checking, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, job tracking, and related career tools.

3. Your account

  • You must be 16+ to use JobOptix.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • One account per person. You may not share credentials or resell access.
  • You must provide accurate, current information.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use JobOptix to create misleading or fraudulent resumes. Don't abuse the API. Don't try to breach security. Don't scrape the platform. Don't upload illegal content. If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. Billing and refunds

  • Paid plans bill monthly or annually.
  • 14-day money back on your first payment — no questions asked.
  • Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change prices with 30-day notice; your existing subscription stays at the old price until renewal.

6. Intellectual property

You own your content (resumes, cover letters, portfolios). We own the platform, software, templates, and branding. By using JobOptix, you give us a limited license to display and process your content to run the service.

7. Disclaimers

JobOptix helps you optimize your career materials. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hires. Job outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobOptix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days before taking effect.
