Privacy Policy

JobOptix is operated by JobOptix Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India. "JobOptix," "we," and "us" refer to that entity throughout this document.

We only collect what's necessary to run the product:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, country/city.
• Resume and application data: every resume, cover letter, and application you save.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe, Razorpay, and PhonePe — we never store card details.
• Usage analytics: page views, feature usage, performance metrics (anonymized after 30 days).

• To run the product and make it better.
• To send account, security, and transactional emails.
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in — you can opt out anytime.
• To generate ATS scores, AI rewrites, and match scores (models run on-infra where possible; some tasks use Anthropic and OpenAI, under enterprise data-retention terms).

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't train third-party models on your data.
• We don't share your resume with recruiters without explicit consent.
• We don't use dark patterns to keep you subscribed.

Under GDPR, the Indian DPDP Act, and CCPA: you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data — anytime. Visit Settings → Privacy or email privacy@joboptix.com.

Minimal cookies: session, preferences, and anonymized analytics (via GA4). No third-party ad trackers. Full details in our Cookie Policy.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days (some anonymized metrics remain for statistical purposes).

If we change this policy meaningfully, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
