1. The policy, in 3 lines
14-day money back, no questions asked, on your first payment. After 14 days, prorated refunds considered case-by-case. Keep every resume you built regardless.
2. How to request a refund
- Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund
- Or email billing@joboptix.com from the email on your account
- Refunds process in 5–7 business days on Stripe / PhonePe / Razorpay
3. What's refundable
- Your first monthly Pro or Career payment (14 days)
- Your first annual Pro or Career payment (14 days)
- Prorated months on annual plans if you cancel mid-year (reviewed case-by-case)
4. What's not refundable
- Recurring monthly payments past 14 days (cancel anytime to stop future billing)
- Human coaching credits already used
- Custom domain annual renewals (billed separately)
5. Student discounts
Refunds apply the same way on the discounted price. 50%-off students on Pro get refunded the discounted amount.
6. Fair play
Use the refund policy as intended. If we see patterns of repeat signup-refund across accounts, we may decline future refunds on those accounts.
