1. Your rights under GDPR
- Access: Request a copy of everything we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct anything wrong
- Erasure: Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Export your data in machine-readable format
- Restriction: Limit how we process your data
- Objection: Object to specific uses (e.g. marketing)
2. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
If you're a business using JobOptix for recruiting, we can sign a DPA. Email dpa@joboptix.com.
3. Sub-processors
We use Stripe (payments), Anthropic + OpenAI (AI inference), Cloudflare (hosting + CDN), SendGrid (email), Segment (analytics). All GDPR-compliant. Full list in our DPA.
4. Data protection officer
Contact our DPO at dpo@joboptix.com for any GDPR-related request. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
